I CAN’T DATE HER IF SHE CAN’T SUPPORT ME FINANCIALLY!

Written by Chioma Kalu

Most guys have concluded dating a lady who can’t support them is a total waste of time.

I vividly remember this incident which took place about a guy who has three girlfriends and he wasn’t able to meet up with their needs an he was hardly there for them at once. He kept on playing this game till he lost his job and needed financial help so badly. So when he went to these ladies for help, they all turned him down because they believe he played with their emotions.
This story was told by the guy trying to pour out his heart and also justifying himself.

*Do you think that it’s the responsibility of a guy to take care of his girlfriend or vice verse?
*When a lady can’t offer financial assistance to his man, does it mean she has failed?

Ikechukwu Santos Ahamefule, a tall young man with beautiful eye balls like the white and black football and that natural pink ladies many ladies will sell their soul just to have a taste of his well built chest and a half burnt rice color with side beards and clean set of teeth was one of the promising students at Michael Okpara university of Agriculture,Umudike..

He was not only intelligent but hardworking. His parents were not that rich but they have all the resources to cater for their needs..

His mother, Mrs Sandra had Brazilian roots from her maternal side.. She loved farming and had one of the best poultry farms in town….

Ashamed never lacked anything, infact he also got a piece of land outside his hostel as he stayed off campus where he rared animals..

He was the toast of every lady and they never stopped disturbing him even when they knew he was dating Abigail, a girl in her 200 level..

Abigail came from a poor background and she didn’t have enough to eat not to talk of buying textbooks or paying for practicals..

Ahamefule got to know about this from Abigail’s friend when he visited her one certain time at her hostel..He was angry with Abigail and immediately started to foot all her bills..

Ahamefule had a soft spot for fare ladies.. Abigail was not the only lady in his life . He had two others outside her.He had one at home and and another he met on Facebook at Absu…

Things continued to move as he wanted till he got to his finals..

His Father suddenly died in an accident and the mother had to sell some of their things to foot the burial..

He was just getting over that blow when two months down the line he lost his mother..

It was a blow too much to handle for Ahams as his friends call him..

Ahamefule had to sell off the poultry just to raise money to bury the mum and later sold many properties left in the house too…

Ahamefule is now broke in his final year in school.. He has reached out to Abigail and the other two girls for support but no one wants to help..

Abigail got a call from one of her uncles who fixed her in one of his offices close to the school as Manager with an official car and apartment..

It seems now that Abigail’s level has changed but she doesn’t pick or return Ahamefule’s call again after what happened to him..

Kola, Ahamefule’s friend had gone to get something at Abigail’s office when she saw him working in the office and he called Ahamefule to congratulate him about the job.He was shocked when Ahamefule told him he knew nothing about it.

Ahamefule summoned courage to visit her the next day.. He needed money to pay his fees as his exams was just two weeks away..

The security officers never allowed Ahamefule into the office as they said their “Oga no wan see any body”

Abigail too was been careful. His uncle had warned about having any relationship as his business partner as concluded arrangements with the Family to Marry her and bring her to Canada after her school in Nigeria..

Ahamefule was permitted to write the first semester and second semester exams but he is currently working in the block industry to raise funds for his clearance at school…

Omah lovers, what’s your take on this matter
